National Apprenticeship Week (NAW) brought together business, labor, education, and other partners to celebrate and showcase the benefits apprenticeship programs offer in closing the skills gap in the workforce.

Pathway Partnership Panel
DLR hosted this virtual panel of apprenticeship sponsors who have created youth apprenticeship programs through the Pathway Partnership Initiative program. Through these programs, students can combine classroom and on-the-job training to explore whether a career field may be the right fit for them.

DLR hosted this virtual panel of apprenticeship sponsors who shared their perspective on being a Registered Apprenticeship Program Sponsor. Industry associations, higher-education institutions, businesses and other workforce intermediaries can be Registered Apprenticeship sponsors.
