Program Discovery & Design: Identifying occupations, skills, licensing requirements, on-the-job learning, related technical instruction, wage progression, and mentor structures.
Developing Apprenticeship Standards: Understanding the required program documents and the shared responsibilities of the employer and Start Today SD Team throughout the development process.
Review & Finalization: Reviewing the completed program with the employer, making final adjustments, and understanding the 30-day program determination period.
Registration & Launch: What to expect once the program is approved, including provisional registration, apprentice registration, program implementation, and ongoing sponsor support.
