Apprenticeship Program: Operations Management

My name is David Novstrup with Allevity Entertainment in Aberdeen, South Dakota. We have an apprenticeship program for Operations Management for the family entertainment industry.

Our new business just opened in February 2020 and has fun activities for people of all ages to enjoy: laser tag, bumper cars, arcade games, mini bowling, axe throwing, children’s play area and a café with a variety of food options ranging from snacks to dinner to desserts. We also have party rooms available, making it a perfect location for birthday parties and other group events.

We decided to create an apprenticeship program to assist in training our top level managers the skills and knowledge required for our business to succeed. We encourage all businesses to set up or create a program, so we develop better leaders in our business community.
